With almost two decades of property experience, Ben Roe brings a unique blend of commercial, retail and residential real estate expertise to Roe Realty. Ben began his real estate career in South West London before joining CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) in Sydney in 2007, where he worked on the leasing and marketing of retail assets across some of Australia’s most sought-after commercial precincts. His experience spans project marketing, lease negotiations, property appraisals, tenant retention and strategic asset positioning. After relocating to the Southern Gold Coast in 2014, Ben built strong local market knowledge while working alongside some of the region’s leading property professionals. Today, he combines that experience with innovative digital marketing strategies to help sellers achieve outstanding results across the Gold Coast and Northern NSW.
